about

Storytelling is the key to Chloé Sautereau's authentic, raw sound. Born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, she picked up her first guitar at the age of 8 and quickly started writing songs. Heard on main Swiss radios for a few years now, she released her first EP As I Keep on Dreaming in 2019, at just 18, under the stage name Cee, followed by singles “Conversation Hearts” (2021) and “What If” (2022) under the moniker “sautereau” after her move to New York.

With a bare-face pop sound that blurs the line between reality and what goes on in our heads, she sets forth her unapologetically honest and intimate tone, influenced by artists such as Amy Allen, FINNEAS and Julia Michaels. Today, Chloé Sautereau continues to paint a world truer to herself, instrumentally as well as thematically, guided by ideas of our human complexities, relationships and trying to find oneself in the whirlwind of it all.
